Happy new year to all of our fantastic, loyal clients. We are back in salon as of today (2nd Jan), after what feels like a very well earned rest. The batteries are charged and we’re ready for a full steam ahead January so come at us with your new ideas for a new you or the hair that already works so well!

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
