During the colder weather you need to look after your hair and make sure you keep it tamed and brushed as there tends to be folders winds which cause knots and matting in the hair- to prevent damage brush your hair from the tips and work your way to the roots.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
