As she is off to the school on Friday to teach some beauty theory to our up and coming Hair and beauty students!

Therefore she is in the salon today to catch you all up on your regular beauty treatments!(:

Cancellation Policy

Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
