We have limited hair availabilities for the next few weeks., However if you are looking for an appointment in the next few weeks we have our Cancellations List which we will pop down your name, contact number and the time/date you were looking to book in for and we will give you a call as soon as an appointment pops up.

We can also get you squeezed in at the next time available in case we are unable to pop you in on a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
