Here is a notification of our price increase effective from Wednesday 1st February!

Due to an increase in business and our suppliers;We can not always absorb uplifts in our cost base but we do our very best to keep them to a minimum.

We appreciate the understanding and cooperation from our valued clients and look forward to offering you innovative and exciting services throughout 2017(:

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
