Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for any amount or treatment, please ask at reception.

Cancellations

We do ask for a minimum of 24hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, unfortunately missed appointments or cancellations will result in 50% charge of the appointment value. Some appointments may require deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
