July has left us and now we are in August!!

Although some of the day’s don’t feel like summer with the occasional rainy days and the humidity we are still in summer!

Are you overdue a haircut? Summer weather tends to dry hair out more due to the humidity causing hair to expand and the heat causes the ends to be slightly dryer so treat your hair to a good trim and/or a treatment to strengthen the ends especially in the summer sun!

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
