The team @ Plum have introduced a 10% loyalty discount to all clients who come in every 5 weeks to thank you for your loyalty(:

This is the second loyalty service discount we offer at plum as well as our loyalty stamp for Cut and Blowdrys when after 6 stamps your 7th cut is free!:)

We will be adding the 10% discount onto your next colour service.

So when you have a root tint  with our colourist  you will be paying £31.50 instead of £35(:

Cancellation Policy

  • Any appointment cancelled inside of 48 hours before your appointment time will be charged at half of the service originally booked.
  • Any appointments cancelled inside of 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No shows will also be charged at the full cost of the service originally booked.
  • No further appointments will be able to be booked until these fees are paid and if any future appointments are already booked these will be cancelled if payments are not made within 14 days from the cancellation date.
  • We will also be taking a 20% deposit for any highlights and creative colour appointments which will then be taken off the total cost price on the day of your appointment.
